If we all listened to the media and how they are reporting
on the real estate market, all the realtors in south jersey
would quit and get full time jobs or go on welfare.
Real estate is local. And the market here in South Jersey
is definitely not the same as the markets in California,
Florida or Colorado.
While the market here is not what it was in 2004 and 2005,
people are still buying and people are still selling.
The inventory is up, prices have adjusted and interest rates
are great.
So, if you're a buyer, this is a great time for real estate.
