Great New Restaurant

While out running around today meeting with clients, dropping off contracts and doing general catch up activities....I decided I needed to eat. I was at the Cambridge Crossing Shopping Center on Route 38 in Mt Laurel and had to choose between Ruby Tuesday, Panchero, Cosi or Bhan Thai. I made the correct choice.

Situated in the corner of the Shopping Center, Bhan Thai is a quaint restaurant with friendly staff and great food.

I looked over the menu for what seemed like an hour and finally decided on the Pad Thai. For those of you unfamiliar with Thai food, Pad Thai is a stir fry with thin rice noodles, pieces of egg. scallions, bean curds, bean sprouts and ground peanuts. My choice of protein was beef. The Pad Thai was delicious.

I also had a choice of soup (egg drop...but not like you get in a Chinese restaurant) or salad. I chose the soup. It was yummy. It was a chicken broth, pieces of what appeared to be fried egg, scallions and bean sprouts. The soup had just the right amount of seasoning and I ate every bit of it. And lunch cost under $10.00.

So, if you want to try something different....try Bhan Thai.
